The MGNV Small Trees Make Big Canopies program is once again giving away free tree seedlings!
Fall is the best time to plant trees.
Available trees will come from this list.

Join us at the Cherrydale Neighborhood Fall Festival, Cherry Valley Nature Area on Quincy and 15th Streets

Ripening fruit (berry) of Diospyros virginiana (Common Persimmon) in October. Unripe persimmons are astringent and will make your mouth pucker.
