There are many fine nurseries, some with several locations, such as Bill’s True Value Garden Center; Burke Nursery; Earth Sangha; Greenstreet Gardens; Holly, Woods, and Vines; Landscape Design Associates (formerly Tree Frog Nursery); Merrifield Garden Center; Nature by Design; and others. Plants can also be purchased from Master Gardeners of Northern Virginia and other vendors at various local spring and fall plant sales. Behnke’s Nursery has closed, but they still have a website with gardening information: Beyond Behnke’s.
