Sharing our Spaces with Wildlife

As human population grows, developments destroy, disrupt or abut natural areas making wildlife encounters more common. To reduce the negative effects of a built environment, we are encouraged to restore and create habitats on our properties to attract desirable wildlife species. Sometimes interactions with wildlife, even desirable species, may lead to unnecessary and negative consequences.

The brochure below recommends that you “ASK before you ACT” and provides tips to prevent conflicts with wildlife as well as resources to answer other wildlife questions you may have.
