Express permission is not required to use these materials for the purposes listed below provided the use includes credit to the photographer/artist/author: For recorded presentations, credit should also be given to MGNV.
Educational Use
Educational institutions may download, reproduce and use MGNV images and associated captions, as well as recorded presentations, in the preparation of course or instructional materials by teachers or students for non-profit educational activities.
Personal Use
Individuals may download, reproduce and use MGNV images and associated captions, as well as recorded presentations, posted on the world wide web for personal, noncommercial purposes.
News Media Use
News media may download, reproduce and use MGNV images and associated captions, as well as recorded presentations, in news reporting on MGNV projects and programs.
Images attributed to a specific organization other than MGNV must follow that source’s image use policy. To request permission to use images or recorded presentations for commercial or other purposes not defined above, please send a “Request Regarding Image/Presentation Use” to mgarlalex@gmail.com with information identifying the specific image, name of the photographer/artist, and article/material title with which it is associated. or the specific presentation requested.
