Join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Potomac Overlook Regional Park.

Rain Date: September 14, 2025 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Come tour the Extension Master Gardeners’ Organic Vegetable Garden and sample the many kinds of peppers we grow!

  • Master Gardeners will answer questions about growing peppers and other beloved summer crops.
  • Explore our square foot garden and container gardens.
  • Learn about cover crops and companion planting, which supports our pollinators who make the garden grow.

Marcey Road Arlington, VA 22207 United States (Park in the lot and walk past the Nature Center to the garden.) Explore the beautiful pepper beds, filled with mild to hot varieties. Sample fresh peppers: Anaheim, Shishito, Lunch Box, Mad Hatter, Jalapeño, and many more. Taste dishes prepared with peppers grown in our garden. Consult with Extension Master Gardeners on growing and caring for peppers, vegetables, and cover crops. See our new vegetable beds, including our edible and square foot gardens. Enjoy the flora of Potomac Overlook Regional Park.
