The Plant Clinic at the Old Town Farmers’ Market is staffed by Extension Master Gardeners, who answer general gardening questions as well as questions about pests, diseases, and plant identification. They also provide free soil test kits on request.
The City of Alexandria’s historic Old Town Farmers’ Market has temporarily moved to the 100 block of North Royal Street and the courtyard at Tavern Square. The new location is just across the street from Market Square. This move allows the market to continue operating during the renovations to City Hall and Market Square.
