Pruning: Removing suckers

June is a great time to prune all those spring-blooming shrubs and trees. Come to an outdoor, hands-on class to learn how to prune your plants to make them look their best now and look even more spectacular next spring.  Extension Master Gardeners Bob Besse, Angela McNamara, Molly Newling and Claire Wade will lead you through the principles and practices of good pruning. Registrants are encouraged to view the video of the program “Pruning Trees and Shrubs—Winter” in the MGNV Virtual Classroom at https://mgnv.org/mg-virtual-classroom/bmp-class-video/winter-pruning-2022/ to get a head start on the basic techniques. Bring your gloves and pruning tools!

This class is limited to 20 registrants.
