Donate Your Extra Vegetables!
We welcome your fresh veggies at our Plot Against Hunger’s Produce Bagging Center. We will deliver it to local food pantries the same day! Each donation, small or large, makes a big difference to our food insecure neighbors.
The Produce Bagging Center located at Rock Spring Church (5010 Little Falls Road) is open:
- August – October
Mondays and Thursdays, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
On Mondays that are Federal holidays, the Center is open on Tuesday: September 6 and October 11.
Want to help at the Center? Volunteer to package the produce and/or deliver to food pantries. Just 2 hours of your time will make a big difference. CLICK HERE to sign up. More on volunteering below.
Special Request! The Bagging Center needs paper grocery bags to transport produce to food pantries. Please bring your used paper grocery bags to the Center or email email@example.com to arrange another day and location to make your donation.
